About

Distillerie de Québec was created in 2016 by two seasoned information security professionals looking to use to their multiple skills to build something exciting and innovative. They decided to make high-quality spirits, something they were passionate about.

Our town has a rich history of alcohol production and is considered by historians as the birthplace of distillation in Canada. This unique background fueled the creation of our motto “The history is in the bottle”. Our city is part of our brand, this is why our spirits bear the names of selected local, historical places. When you open a bottle of one of our spirits, you share a bit of our history.

Today, with five awarded spirits in our portfolio and new projects on our drawing board, we look forward to expand our brand in Canada and in other countries.
