Distillerie Euclide, a worker's coop as legal status, is commited to durable developpement. Every product made has a circular economy and social implication to reduce its impact on the environment and positive fallout on the local economy and community. In its signature Gin, Distillerie Euclide redirects 30 kg of normally wasted cranberry seeds and pulp for every 1000 bottles produced instead of using the fresh fruit from the field. The distillery also hires people with disabilities to accomplish certain tasks such as building boxes and partitions, bottling and zest oranges. The oranges, by the way, are gifted to local food banks since only the zest is used. These are examples amongts many other initiatives towards crafting more earth and socially friendly spirits.
