About

With a concern for the circular economy, Ubald is born with the objective of distilling the best spirits in the world from the cultures of its own estate.
1. Everything is produced on our estate with a concern for eco-responsibility. Cultivation, harvest, fermentation, distillation and bottling.
2. We carefully select varieties of cereals and potatoes to create high quality premium alcohols.
3. We ferment and dilute our products from naturally filtered pure water (esker).
4. We only use distilled heart alcohol at over 96% ABV.
5. We distill in small batches and with our exclusive configuration of Italian Stills, we manage to highlight all the texture, subtlety and uniqueness of the raw material used.
