Cette vodka doublement distillée et filtrée est fabriquée directement à notre usine, avec 75 % d’alcool de grain et 25 % d’alcool de bleuets sauvages. Le sucre extrait du bleuet donne une rondeur au produit, mais n’altère aucunement son goût ni sa couleur. Au contraire, il vient magnifier ses arômes pour en faire une vodka d’exception, impliquant l’évaporation et l’élimination d’esters d’alcool indésirables. Ce procédé exclusif nous permet d’atteindre un niveau de raffinement supérieur.

This double distilled and filtered vodka is made directly at our factory, with 75% grain alcohol and 25% wild blueberry alcohol. The sugar extracted from the blueberry gives roundness to the product, but does not alter its taste or color in any way. On the contrary, it magnifies its aromas to make it an exceptional vodka, involving the evaporation and elimination of unwanted alcohol esters. This exclusive process allows us to achieve a higher level of refinement.
