DESCRIPTION
Lily wintergreen & wild mint liquor is a classic digestif, but reinvented in the Fjord Distillery way. Made from wintergreen and wild mint picked in the heart of the boreal forest, the liqueur comes in a natural golden color that highlights the true character of this combination of ingredients.
The aromas of wild mint are subtle, balanced, but well supported by those of wintergreen. To the taste, the first contact is silky in mouth and reveals a soft mint pastille, followed by a warm finale recalling our memories of "paparmane".
AROMAS
Wintergreen:
Robust little plant native to Quebec, it offers a surprisingly refreshing "pink paparman" flavor. A delicate sweetness in the finish is enlivened by a long, shimmering sensation, just like its analgesic and pain-relieving effects!
Canadian Wild Mint:
Canadian Mint is the only mint native to North America. Its characteristic menthol smell is easily perceived by squeezing its leaves or stems. It is found in wetlands, ditches, meadows and the shores of lakes and streams where it generally grows in colonies.
