Highlighting the richness of our terroir, blueberry brandy is a unique product made from a blend of our blueberry eau-de-vie aged in new Quebec oak barrels that have contained blueberry wine.
With its rich, coppery honey colour, this product will awaken your senses with its lightly fruity, butterscotch aromas. When tasted, its liquorish colour reveals spicy flavours. The cinnamon candy finish and woody touch will leave you with a tasting experience in the spirit of Fjord Distillery.
With a desire to create unique and innovative spirits, Blueberry Selection Brady lot #2 is the second in a series of small batches that will gain in maturity and complexity over the coming years.
