Absinthe Blanche Fleur Bleue:
Won Best World's Absinthe at the World Driks Awards in London,
UK in 2022.
Inspired by a Franco-Swiss recipe dating from the 19th century, this absinthe is distilled in the purest tradition. Combining the authenticity and taste of the Quebec terroir, FLEUR BLEUE is notably made from the mythical Artemisia Absinthium plant grown in the Eastern Townships. It is also made up of a dozen other plants, including fennel and anise. White absinthe is by definition less bitter than green absinthe, which distinguishes it from its JOUAL VERT counterpart.
