Gin Wendigo: Affordable, it is appreciated for its excellent value for money and its originality. Wendigo gin highlights Quebec's sea buckthorn berry. Its name comes from a legend of Native American folklore, designating a spirit of the forest who possesses men. It is a spicy gin and its complexity is divided into the presence of coriander, iris bergamot, liquorice bark, chamomile, rosebud, angelica and cardamom. Juniper is present without being imposing and verbena adds a lemony touch. The spices are macerated for 12 hours before being distilled.
