Two-tone Panoramix gin: This gin changes color on contact with a lemon or a tonic. Its natural coloring comes from the blue pea flower, whose pH is sensitive to acid products, causing the spectacular transformation from indigo blue to lilac pink. Light, floral and balanced in taste. Sweet bay and dune pepper are used to give it a woody freshness. Sichuan pepper leaves a gently spicy length. All on a background of black tea. The spices are macerated for 12 hours before being distilled.
