From these vast expanses, dominated by the unspoilt natural surroundings of the Canadian Shield, pours a unique and invaluable resource: water.

Water is essential for producing the highest quality spirits and it makes Québec the perfect region for crafting distillates showing uncompromising purity.

Here, maple is king and provides the raw material for crafting a unique product: acerum. This maple brandy is produced exclusively by distilling Québec maple sap or syrup.
