St. Laurent — Canadian Spirits Inspired by the Sea
Sometimes, exotism arises from unexpected places — like the vast Eastern Canadian nordic lands. Resting on the shores of the St. Laurent River, the independent and friend-operated Distillerie du St. Laurent produces Gin, Whisky using local grain, as well as Acerum — a new designation for spirits made from the distillation of maple sap. Pioneering the craft spirits mouvement in Quebec since 2015, St. Laurent transmutes the uncharted raw ressources of this remote territory into eccentric spirits inspired by the Sea.
