Entirely made in Quebec, this fruity gin is fermented and distilled entirely from corn grown on a local farm. The black raspberries are the star of this gin and are sourced directly from the Bourdelais Farm in Lavaltrie. Its low alcohol level and the use of real black raspberries in the final stage give a fresh and light taste. To be enjoyed in cocktails or on ice, the raspberry taste is subtle and loyal to the fruit in order to respect the ingredient.
