Made entirely in Quebec with morello cherries from the Vergers Tougas, it's an explosion of fresh cherries, candied berries and sweet almond that awaits the nose of our Morello cherry liqueur. To be enjoyed in a Kir Royale and poured without compromise on vanilla ice cream or on a cheesecake, its sweet almond taste is perfectly balanced by the tartness of the cherry : a pure delight!
TASTING NOTES
Elaborated to respect the raw fruit, you will find some delicate sweet notes of almond that perfectly balances the tartness of the morello cherry. Although liquors are usually sweet, you will still perceive the sharp taste of cherries in every sip!
