This limited edition of our agave spirit is barrel aged and blended in the province of Quebec. Blended in small batches, this product is characterized by its sweet notes of vanilla and by its soft fruity presence. To maximize the flavors, 2 types of barrels are used for the aging of our agave spirit : ex-tequila barrels for peppery and botanical notes and ex-bourbon barrels for sweet, caramelized and vanilla notes!
TASTING NOTES
More similar to a young whiskey than a "tequila reposado", woody and vanilla notes are felt at first. Delicate and round in the mouth, we still taste the signature notes of our agave spirit enhanced by a vanilla finish.
